We are a family operated business located in Wainfleet Township, Ontario in the beautiful Niagara Region. We produce a broad range of exceptional quality dried fruit, berry and vegetable powders.

Our Process

All of our powders are dried using low heat with continuous air circulation. This allows for the best in flavour, vitamin and nutrient retention, along with superb re-hydrated texture. All products are non-GMO and have no additives or preservatives.

All of our products are handmade in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. We source our fruits and vegetables from the best of Ontario’s farm bounty and from various parts of Canada. We also source the best in quality from diverse regions based on seasonality and unique regional specialities.

We provide all of the processing in our facilities. The powders and blends are dried and ground in small batches allowing for consistency and the utmost quality. The finished powder is then immediately weighed and placed in food grade pouches and heat-sealed to ensure long term freshness and security.
